For a dogs coat, I also give my white Pit Bull Salmon oil, Ground milled Flaxseed in her food, and I used to give Vitamin E caps. You can also give fish oil caps, and feed a high quality food. I feed Taste of the Wild and her coat is soft and gorgeous.

Only if he's deficient of a vitamin should you supply it in a pill. If he eats a good food like Blue Buffalo that should do the trick.
